The Pancake Bakery is located in the historic buildings Hope and Love adjacent to Faith. During the Dutch Golden Age, at a time where the Dutch East India Company flourished, trade and faith often went hand in hand which explains the logic behind the names of these historic trade buildings. The Pancake Bakery can be found on the Prinsengracht which is part of the famous canal belt of Amsterdam.
